Question:
After I install the 118336 wiring harness on my 2006 Pilot , what size fuse do I need and does it get installed in the fuse box under the hood marked #24 trailer accessory?

You may not have to install any fuses to activate trailer wiring harness # 118336 on a 2006 Honda Pilot. But in the event that there is no power on the 4-Way after installation then I do believe that it is that trailer accessory fuse you mentioned.
