I Assume this is an interior trim piece that goes with the vent, in the pictures it does not show it so I just want to confirm that this is a difference between the 2 vents, even though the pictures look the same

The interior trim garnish is indeed included with the Redline 2-Way Pop-Up Roof Vent, part # RV-626-062-2756.
This vent also includes a gasket to help seal the vent and prevent leaks.
For installing the vent we also offer either sheet metal screws, part # 31071, or wood screws, part # 30587.
If you wish to use a silicone caulk to seal the vent and keep out moisture I recommend part # 0160297.
