Question:

I want to confirm that this will fit a 2016 Subaru wrx limited. Also is there any pictures with the hitch insalled that i could look at? Does the rear bumper need to be removed when installing the hitch? Thanks

I checked with Curt and trailer hitch # C11408 is indeed listed as a fit for your 2016 Subaru WRX Limited. There is one picture from the instructions which I have added for you. I have also linked the instructions. You will not have to remove the bumper to install the hitch.

If you plan on doing some towing the correct ball mount is # C45521. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256 and for a 2 inch ball use # 19258. And for trailer wiring you can use # C56259 to add a 4-Way flat connector.

If you want to use the hitch for an accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier then you have to make sure the accessory is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also, with a bike rack, you are limited to 2 bikes maximum on a Class I hitch.

Curt also says you have to use stabilization strap # 18050 when using this hitch for any non-trailer load (such as a bike rack or car go carrier) per their warranty requirements.
