Will this kit along with the f2375 spacer kit work?

A block lift is a body lift so you would not need the spacers. The only time you need to use lift spacers with suspension enhancement is when you have a suspension lift.
So the Firestone Ride Rite part # F2251 would fit your 4x4 2000 Ford Excursion without needing them.
