Why do you offer 118495 and 118474-037 harness for the 2010 Dodge Journey? Which should I use for 4 wire connector?

The T-One Connector with Upgraded Circuit Protected ModuLite, # 118474, is for a 2009 model. It includes a powered converter that converts the 3 wire system to a 2 wire system used on trailers.
