The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4 Pole Trailer Connector, # 118495, is the correct harness for a 2010 Dodge Journey. I have included a link to the installation details below. The 2010 model does not require the use of a powered converter as it uses a 2 wire system.
The T-One Connector with Upgraded Circuit Protected ModuLite, # 118474, is for a 2009 model. It includes a powered converter that converts the 3 wire system to a 2 wire system used on trailers.
