You can use Titan bolt-on coupler # T4855300 on your Adjustable-Channel Brake Actuator # T1889800. This coupler has a primed finish, takes a 2-5/16-inch hitch ball and offers a 21K capacity. Mounting hardware is included. Other similar 3-inch bolt-on couplers are shown on the link provided.
