I have included a link to all of the trailer fenders that we offer for a 15 inch wheel. You can use the filters on the page to sort by construction, color, mounting type, etc. One popular fender that we offer is the Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fender with Top and Side Steps, # F008585. This fender is made of a high-density polyethylene material which is corrosion proof, impact resistant and able to handle temperature extremes. You won't have an issue with this one rusting out.
Unfortunately a collective OEM trailer parts catalog does not exist so I am not able to determine the exact style of fenders that were originally on your 12 ft Holmes trailer.
