I have a 2010 Mercedes R350 with a panoramic sunroof. Is there any solution which will allow rooftop carrier without rails? Thanks!!

We offer several options for your 2010 Mercedes R350 without side rails. I have attached a link to all the roof rack systems that are a fit for your vehicle.
I recommend the Thule WingBars. For these bars, you will want part # TH711200 or # TH711220, # TH460R, # THKIT3038. The WingBars are one of the quietest on the market and have a weight capacity of 165 pounds. I spoke with Thule and confirmed that these will work on your panoramic roof.
If you are wanting to carry cargo on your roof, I have attached a link to our roof cargo boxes that will fit aero bars. The Thule Force XT Sport # TH6356B offers 11 cubic feet of storage space, an aerodynamic design, and the convenience of being able to be opened from either side of the vehicle.
