I have a 2015 chevy sonic LT sedan. What is the best receiver for a bike rack.

The trailer hitch I recommend for your 2015 Chevy Sonic LT sedan is the Curt hitch # C11240. The hitch has an easy bolt on installation. I have included a link to a video showing a typical installation and a link to the installation instructions for you. The hitches for the Sonic are Class I hitches and all have a 1-1/4 inch receiver so you will be limited to carry two bikes.

Curt requires you to use a stabilizer strap # 18050 when carrying bikes with this hitch as an extra safety measure.
