When it comes to a fan and shroud assembly for your 1964 Chevrolet Truck, I recommend going with the Derale 26 Inch Dual High-Output, Electric Radiator Fan-and-Shroud Assembly, # D16927 for the powder-coated steel shroud and # D16842 for aluminum shroud. I have included the installation instructions for you.
