How Tall and Long is the Replacement Upright for CE Smith Bunk-Style Guide-Ons for Boat Trailers

Question:
Trying to figure out if this will work for my broken PVC angle that broke. Know in the description states 39inch tall but what is the other measurement that goes under the boat/trailer? 39inch too? Suppose I can cut if needed to fit.

The replacement upright # CE27605PG is much taller than it is long. It is 39 inches tall but approximately 23 inches long.
