Will the Thule OutWay TH56BV fit my 2015 Chevy Camaro SS?

Unfortunately, the Thule OutWay # TH56BV is not a fit for your Camaro.
The only solution we offer for carrying a bike on a 2015 Chevy Camaro SS would be a hitch mounted option. For a hitch you would want the part # 24850 for if you do not have a convertible and part # C11222 for if you do. (With this hitch you will also need to use a stabilizer strap # 18050).
The Swagman XTC2, part # S64670 is one of the most popular racks because it's so easy to use, and because the rack has an angled shank that would raise the bike rack up by three inches providing additional ground clearance. Because of that, this is the rack I'd recommend for you. The rack includes an anti-rattle hitch bolt, but a combination anti-rattle hitch lock/cable lock is available separately as part # S64031.
