The best hitch for you will depend on what you're planning on using it for and what kind of weight you'll be towing.
For a basic Class III hitch with a 5000 Gross Trailer Weight/Gross Tongue Weight, the Curt # 13053 would be recommended. For a higher capacity of 10,000 GTW/1000 TW, the Curt Class IV hitch, part # 14053 would be an excellent choice. There are other hitch alternatives like the Draw-Tite # 75703 you mentioned that are a bit more expensive, but Curt manufactures an excellent product and in this case you won't sacrifice anything by going with the lower cost option.
To complete your towing system, you might be interested in the following:
Trailer wiring harness with 4-pole trailer connector, part # 118344
Ball mount, part # C45030 for loads up to 7500 lbs
Trailer ball, part # 19260 for a 1-7/8 inch ball or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball
Pin and Clip # C45030
For loads above 7500 lbs, use the # BWBMHD30010 ball mount and # A-90 for a 2 inch ball or # 19286 for a 2-5/16 inch ball.
