I checked with Thule for you, and found that the Thule Pulse Roof Cargo Box, part # TH614 is indeed a fit for the crossbars on your Audi Q5.

To determine if you'll have enough clearance for the rear hatch to open without interfering with the box, you'll need to take a measurement from the roof of your Q5. If it's moveable, move the front crossbar all the way forward. Measure from the center of the crossbar's width (see diagram) rearward until you reach the seam between the roof and the hatch. If this distance is greater than 42-5/8 inches, you'll have plenty of clearance so the roof box won't interfere with your ability to open the rear hatch fully.
