my trailer has the 7 pin trailer plug on it and i was looking for a adapter to plug into back of ford pickup so i can tow truck has blade style plug in on it

It sounds like your trailer has a 7-way round pin connector. For an adapter, I'd suggest part # PK12727. The adapter would plug into the existing 7-way on your truck, and provide a 7 round pin female connector for the plug on your trailer.
You might also consider removing the existing 7-pin connector from the trailer, and replacing it with the 7-way blade plug like part # A7WCB. The 7-way round pin is getting fairly close to being obsolete. The 7-way blade connector is much more prevalent.
