We do offer four RV sewage hose products in the 20-foot length you need. These include several heavy-duty and one standard-duty hose kit that can be seen on the included link. Some use camlock fittings and others use bayonet fittings.
Since your existing hose has no fittings you could use Camco RV Sewer Hose Internal Coupler # CAM39203 to join the non-terminated ends of your multiple hoses together and then choose the additional hoses based on the type of connector you need. You can use bayonet end # CAM39413.
