Question:
i have a curt trailer hitch model 13251 that I removed from my prior jeep cherokee. I would like to install it on my wifes 2006 jeep commander, but Im not sure if it is compatible. Before I started the install I wanted to take a shot and ask you first. I purchased the hitch from your site a few years ago. Thank you!

I have a hitch solution I can provide for you, but the Curt hitch part # 13251 that you referenced would not fit your 2006 Jeep Commander. Instead you would want the Curt hitch part # 13414. This hitch has been confirmed to fit your Commander and would work well.
I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
