Will Custom Towing Mirrors for a 2009 Toyota Tundra Fit a 2009 Toyota Tacoma

Question:

I have been looking for better slip on towing mirrors for an 09 Tacoma. I currently use the Cipa Universal. I wonder though if any of the custom ones would fit on the Tacoma well enough to work? I know the fit wont be exact but getting the universal ones in the same position everytime can be a pain. thanks

If the mirrors on your 2009 Toyota Tacoma are exactly the same as used on the 2009 Tundra then the Tundra mirrors will work. Usually, though, when there are no custom fit mirrors for a vehicle it means that the mirrors for even closely related vehicles will not fit. I would advise against it because they just will not fit.

Maybe going with a different type of universal mirror will help. We have mirrors that mount on the door, the fender, and on the OEM mirror on your vehicle. I have included a link to all the universal mirrors below.
