We offer two clevis pins that come close to the dimension you're looking for.
The # MT70053 measures 5/8 of an inch in diameter and 3-5/8 inches long. Part # 586H measures 5/8 by 6 inches long.
If you were looking for a replacement clevis pin for the Fulton folding trailer tongue, we do offer those.
For a hinge for a 3x3 tongue, use # F500334
For a 3x4 tongue, use # F500335
