On the P2 brake controller # 90885 the white wire is ground and will go to the white ground wire on your 2007 Ford Expedition. The brake controller red wire will go to the Ford green wire for input from the brake switch. The brake controller blue wire will go to the Ford red wire for output to the electric trailer brakes.
That just leaves the brake controller black wire which I believe is going to go to that blue wire on the Ford Expedition. It would not use the brown wire since the brake controller black wire is for 12 volt power to the controller. You can use a circuit tester such as # PTW2993 to test that blue wire and if it is hot all the time then it would connect to the brake controller black wire.
