As long as the roof rack crossbars on your 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek are not larger than 3-1/2 inches wide x 1-11/16 inches tall and have a spread of 19-5/8 to 50-3/16 inches, the Kuat Trio Roof Bike Rack, # TR02, will work for you.
