If you are experiencing violent trailer bouncing on a loaded 3-axle dump trailer the issue has to be suspension or tire related. You will want to closely inspect the suspension and tires of the trailer looking for any broken or worn out components and replace as needed.
You may want to take the trailer to a shop that is familiar with trailer suspension and have them take a look at it. I wouldn't recommend attempting to tow the trailer loaded until you are sure you have found the problem and fixed it.
