Question:
I need to know if the extension RP45292 will work on my truck. I have a 2003 Ford F350 and the hitch is 2. I need to extend 30inch because of my camper.

The Titan Hitch Extender part # RP45292 that you referenced will only fit hitches with a 2-1/2 inch opening. Since your hitch has a 2 inch opening the only way you would be able to use this extender would be to replace your current hitch with one with a 2-1/2 inch opening like the # DT45508.
