I attached a review video for the Thule SUP Shuttle Stand-Up Paddleboard Carrier with Tie-Downs # TH811XT that shows how to transport ONE SUP. To carry two boards the install will be very similar. I spoke to my contact at Thule to get their official instructions on adding a second board and they said you want to have the second board facing the same direction as the first one with it slid far enough forward that it doesn't interfere with the fins of the first board.
