Question:
Wondering if this will fit my 91 Chevy K1500 5.7L. I have an old tranny cooler already installed that also cools through the factory radiato , want to remove old and utilize this on for both engine and tranny. Does his unit have the adaptor so that I do not have to move my oil filter and does it have the temp. sensor on the adaptor. Thank you Kindly!!

The Derale Combination Transmission and Engine Oil Cooler # D15903 would be a great choice for you except it does not come with the correct filter thread size. You need M18-1.5 mm and this comes with 13/16"-16.
So instead you would want the # D15902 which does include this size for the threads.
The sandwich adapter has a thermostatic bypass that will allow the engine to reach operating temperature before it starts to cool the oil.
