How much weight can you carry on a 2012 Toyota Venza Panoramic Roof?

I wouldn't recommend resting any weight whatsoever directly upon the glass panels that make up the panoramic roof of your Venza. The glass that makes up that sunroof is very expensive to replace.
If you're wanting to carry cargo on the roof, your best bet would be to use a Yakima Q-Tower roof rack and a small cargo basket like the Thule # TH859XT. According to Yakima, when installed on the Venza, the roof rack will have a 125 lb capacity and would consist of the following parts:
58 inch round crossbar, part # Y00409
BaseClip, part # Y06129
BaseClip, part # Y06131
BaseLine Towers, part # Y28TR
RoundBar Adapter, part # Y03536
Yakima specifically states that you absolutely SHOULD NOT open the sunroof with the roof rack in place.
With the rack installed and the basket installed, the Rightline Edge Rooftop Cargo Bag you mentioned would work great without damaging anything.
