What size are these bolts and how long is the wood ? Thanks

I spoke to my contact at Tow Rax and she told me that to install the Mounting Hardware # TWSPWFKW you will have to use a 3/8 inch drill bit and they are the screws and anchors are 1 inch long.
There is no wood that comes with this hardware kit.
