Will Never Fail Bushings # LC279685 Fit Dexter Axle Spring on 2001 Jayco Eagle 285BHS

Question:

My trailer is a 2001 Jayco Eagle 285BHS. D52 is the model number for my Dexter axles, manufactured 2001. It has standard bushings, not e-z flex or with wet bolts/brass bushings, if that matters. Will these fit standard Dexter axle springs? Lipperts web site makes it seem as if these are universal fit. Thanks for your time.

The Never Fail Bushings, # LC279685, are a very common size so there is a really good chance that these will fit the Dexter axle spring on your 2001 Jayco Eagle 285BHS.

I recommend taking a couple of quick measurements just to make sure that this will work for you. You just need to measure the width of spring, inner eye diameter, and bolt diameter. The Never Fail Bushings, # LC279685, are designed to work with 1-3/4 inch leaf springs that have an inner eye diameter of 11/16 inch and a 9/16 inch shackle bolt.
