SP 502L. How do I determine the required height of an exterior RV trailer ladder. My Jay Feather is about 84inch high measured from the bottom of the body to the the top edge of the roof. I want it reach down to the top of the bumper from the top edge of the roof same distance 84. If the product says 84inch high , what are the two end points that are being measured? Thanks.

The 84-1/2-inch overall length measurement of the Surco Universal Exterior RV Ladder # SP502L is taken from the two extreme outside edges as shown in the linked photo. If you need a longer ladder Surco offers a 30-1/2-inch extension, part # SP504L, that would be ideal to extending down to your bumper.
