Just wanted to verify, is the below product compatible with the 2013 chrystler 200s or just the 200? Curt Trailer Hitch for the 2013 Chrysler 200

The Curt hitch part # C11133 that you referenced has been confirmed to fit the Sedan and Coupe models of the 2013 Chrysler 200 so it should work well for you.
I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
The Curt hitch comes with the correct ball mount, hitch pin, and clip. For a ball you can use # 19256 for 1-7/8 inch diameter or # 19258 for a 2 inch diameter.
For trailer wiring, use Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56211. I have included a link to the installation instructions for the hitch and for the wiring harness for you.
