Wondering if this will still fit with an aftermarket Corsa exhaust system!

Trailer hitches including # C11380 are designed for and tested on stock vehicles so I cannot say for sure if it will fit with aftermarket exhaust installed on your 2006 Vette. But if the new exhaust has the exact same dimensions as the stock exhaust and installs in exactly the same way then the hitch would fit.
If you plan on doing any towing with the hitch then you can use 1-7/8 inch ball mount # C45571 or 2 inch ball mount # C45572. And for wiring you would need # 56014
.
