Will the # C57101 fit a 2012 gmc 3/4 ton? What is the part # if I do not want a back up alarm?

Yes, Curt 7- and 4-Way # C57101 will plug into the same harness as the factory 7-Way on your 2012 GMC Sierra 2500 (though it will not fit in the same place).
For a 7- and 4-Way without backup alarm you could use # 30955 or # HM40975.
