There are not currently any 2 inch hitches available for a 2009 Ford Mustang.
The best option would be to replace the bike rack with one made for a 1-1/4 inch hitch or if you will use the bike on another vehicle equipped with a 2 inch hitch, you can get a bike rack that is built for both sizes like part # S64670.
The hitches available for your 2009 Mustang are all Class I, so you will probably be limited to 2 bikes depending on the carrier.
You could use an adapter to turn a 1-1/4 inch hitch into a 2 inch hitch, part # HTAD. But this adapter will reduce the weight capacity of the hitch by 50 percent. The hitches available for a 2009 Mustang have a maximum tongue weight capacity of 200 pounds, using the adapter this will be reduced to 100 pounds.
This means the combined weight of the bike racks and the bikes on it must be 100 pounds or less.
