We have Thule roof rack options for your 2015 Kia Sedona, but none of them use the discontinued fit kit 4009 that you referenced.
The roof of your vehicle should have raised side rails and a rack like the Thule Rapid Podium Feet # TH460R, Fit Kit # THKIT4057, and 53" WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711420 would work great. I attached an install video for this rack for you to check out as well.
