The Curt Class IV Hitch # C14048 that you referenced is a fit for various Ford F-350, F-450 and F-550 cab and chassis-based vehicles. It is not a fit for your Sea Breeze that is built on a 2004 F-53 platform. Currently we do not show any custom hitch fits for a 2004 F-53.

We do offer universal-fit hitches that can be installed on a wide range of vehicles. These can be seen on the link provided. Weld-on and bolt-on types are offered and these feature adjustable frame brackets that can work on a range of frame sizes. For example, Curt # C13701 fits frame widths from 18- to 51-inches. This Class III hitch is suitable for use with accessories, such as a bike or cargo carrier, but not for towing.
