Is Camco Vinyl Spare Tire Cover # CAM45346 Open or Enclosed on the Rear Side

Question:
Hello - does this cover just the treads and is open on both sides? Im looking for a cover that just is around the perimeter so I can cover the treads and drive indoors at slow speeds.

The Camco Vinyl Spare Tire Cover # CAM45346 is enclosed on one of its side surfaces. This tire cover is intended for use on spare tires. It is not intended to be used on an installed wheel on a vehicle that is going to be moved. I do not suggest using any tire cover product while the vehicle is moving as it is possible that the cover could be entangled in brake or suspension components.
