The only way I can recommend you flat tow your 2003 Saturn Vue is with a tow dolly like the part # RM-2050-1. None of the base plate kits we offer are confirmed to fit the V6 models of your vehicle so I can't recommend them for you.
Using a tow dolly will save you a lot of hassle as it won't require any installation time like a base plate kit and wiring kit, and since the tow dolly isn't vehicle specific you can flat tow other vehicles without having to buy more components.
