Trailer Hitch Recommendation for a 2004 Volkswagen Jetta GLS

Question:
This hitch says it wont fit on a GLI. Will this fit on my 2004 Jetta 1.8T GLS.

The reason the Curt Hitch part # C11070 that you referenced won't fit a GLI is because the GLI models have OEM ground effects. The GLS models do not have the ground effects so the # C11070 would fit. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
