1997 Silverado 1500 4x4 350 vortec. With the D15220 you would have to buy extra parts like thermostat and oil filter mount to connect to this cooler wouldnt you?

In order to install the Derale Electra-Cool Combo Engine and Transmission Cooler Assembly with Fan, # D15220, on your 1997 Chevrolet C/K Series Pickup, you will also need the Single-Hose Transmission Cooler Installation Kit, # D13006, and the Remote Engine Oil Cooler Installation Kit w/Thermostat Fan Control, # D15752.
