Hi there! I am in search of an affordable car rack for my 2012 Scion XB. Im not sure what size would be suitable or if it a universal rack. Also, does it come with a full set of 2 bars and the full mounting set? I am moving cross-country and need a rack for luggage or a cargo bag. Thanks and looking forward to hearing back from you!

For an affordable roof rack confirmed to fit your 2012 Scion xB that is arguably just as good as the really expensive kits you would want the Rhino Rack Roof Rack that consists of part # RRVA137B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK152. With these two part numbers you would have everything needed for a roof rack. Crossbars and mounting kit is included.
For a cargo basket you could go with the Curt Basket part # C18115, and then for a bag part # RL100A20. I attached a review video for both products for you to check out as well.
