Question:
Hello etrailer.com, I have been waiting for the Curt receiver hitch for my 2015 Subaru WRX to be released and I see it is now available on your website. Do you know if the receiver hitch is hidden and accessed via the small knock-out panel in the rear panel, or does it fit below the rear panel? Do you have any installed pictures? Thanks,

Yes, I spoke with my contact at Curt and the Curt Hitch part # C11408 that you referenced has been confirmed to fit the 2015 Subaru WRX so it will work for you. The hitch will hang below the rear bumper when installed. I attached a picture that shows this hitch installed as well.
For a ball mount you would want part # C45521, 1-7/8 inch hitch ball # 19256, 2 inch hitch ball # 19258.
For trailer wiring you would want the part # C56259.
