The K Source custom fit replacement towing mirrors, # KS61067-68F, will bolt on directly in place of the stock mirrors. You will not have to drill or trim anything. There are a lot of videos out there that cover a variety of installations. I recommend looking for one on changing the side mirrors on your 2004 Ford F-250 (or a truck in the same generation). On a lot of vehicles, the installation requires taking the door panels off to access the hardware holding the mirror to the door. The videos I have seen usually show the whole process.
