will these mirrors fit a 2014 Kawasaki Mule 4010 and are they adjustable for the best viewing angle?

The CIPA Adjustable Side Mirrors # CM01139 that you referenced were designed to fit the 1-3/4 inch round bars you have on your 2014 Kawasaki Mule 4010 so they will work very well for you.
If you wanted, you could measure the diameter of the bars you have on your Mule to verify that they will work. But the 1-3/4 inch bars this is designed to fit is a pretty standard size.
They are adjustable for the best viewing angle as well.
