Will the Thule Part Numbers: THARB53,TH480R,THKIT1629 work on my 2015 KIA Optima EX with Panoramic sunroof? The kit say it fits all models but worry the roof is not stiff enough with the glass roof.

I checked with Thule and they confirmed that the Thule Aeroblade Roof Rack you referenced that consists of the following parts as a fit:
Thule AeroBlade Load Bars # TH711420
Thule Rapid Traverse Roof-Rack Foot Pack # TH480R
Thule Roof Rack Fit Kit # THKIT1629
I would still recommend you check the owners manual of your vehicle to verify if there are any restrictions on roof racks and to determine the roof capacity and be sure not to exceed that figure.
