The Kuat Beta, # B202-114, will fit in your 2010 Acura TL. This rack will fit in a Class I, 1-1/4 inch receiver, which is what your vehicle has.
Beta
Holds 2 Bikes
Does not come with Bike and Hitch Lock
Weighs 12-3/5 pounds
Capacity of 100 pounds
What you will need to measure is the distance from the center of your hitch pin hole to the furthest point at the rear of the vehicle that may interfere with a bike rack. This rack measures 10-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the back of the upright bar. When you measure, if your distance is less than 10-1/2 inches, it will fit.
Also, you need to stay within the weight limits of your hitch. At max, the tongue weight on a Class I hitch for your vehicle is 200 pounds. You will have to add in the weight of the rack, the bikes, and any other accessories that add weight on the hitch.
