What size are the bolts? Example 1/4-20 I would also like to know if this kit is right for a 2009 Scion xB. Thanks

The Replacement PlusNut Hardware Kit, part # Y8880039 you asked about will work for installing the Yakima 42 inch Tracks part # Y01126, or the Yakima 54 inch Tracks, part # Y01127. I called Yakima and they told me the bolts in the replacement kit are 10-32 mm with a thread pitch of .75.
If you do not have the tracks for your 2009 Scion xB, you will want to take a measurement to see which track you need. If you need to order the track, they come with the mounting PlusNut hardware included.
