Towing Mirrors for a 2007 Ford F-150 STX

Question:
I have a 2007 F150 STX and am looking for towing mirrors. I like the CIPA custom towing mirrors but all the web sites that sell them say the want fix my 2007 F150 STX. Just because my style of truck is a STX does that mean my mirrors are STX type.and if not how do I find out what type I have. my mirrors look just like the one you show on your web site that you say they will fit.

There was more than one mirror option for the 2007 Ford F-150 STX. I have included 1 picture that shows the factory mirrors that the CIPA mirrors will fit on. The other picture is of the mirrors that are not compatible.
