Yes! The CIPA slip-on custom towing mirror, # CM11302, will not block the factory mirror at all. Take a look at the video I have included that shows installation. At about 6 seconds in you can see the mirror installed and the factory mirror is not blocked.
Mirror # CM11302 is the passenger side mirror. For the driver side use # CM11301. Of for the pair use # CM11300.
