Yes. The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, # 75560, has the capacity for a 4 bike rack. You will have to consult your owners manual to check your vehicles towing capacities to see if it can handle the weight of 4 bikes plus the rack.
We have many 4 bike racks that will fit this hitch. I recommend the Thule Camber 4 Bike Hitch Mounted Folding Rack # TH9056. This is a folding rack that will fold out of the way to allow for access to the rear of the vehicle.
