1 Does this trailer hitch interfere with the spare tire access? 2 Is all hardware nuts, bolts, washers included?

The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch for the Mercedes Benz M Class, # 75087, will not interfere with access to the spare tire. It also comes with the hardware required for installation. This hitch is for the 2004 model Mercedes ML500. I have included a link to the instructions below.
